Good quality control is practiced from the first step of R&D and mechanism design for product/mold, in the spirit of quality first and constant improvement. Trinity possesses sophisticated testing instruments like 2.5D coordinate measurement instrument, I.D./O.D. micrometer, electronic height gauge, gauge blocks, granite table, electronic image measuring projector, microscopes, electronic vernier scale, etc., which help achieving the requirement of controlled and stable quality. Internal QC joins engineering documents via SOP, product work process card, etc. QC engineer diagrams and SIPs are also prepared according to documents for distribution to relevant operating departments. Quality control is implemented by the sound control procedures and document control since mold development, incoming inspection, process inspection to product in stock and delivery inspection.
